When you buy a Star Thrower program, you are paying for the license to train with the content. Therefore, if your program wears out or becomes defective, we will gladly replace it. You simply have to call us at 800.242.3220 to make the appropriate arrangements. We will ask you to send the old program to:

When we receive the old program, we will promptly send you the replacement. You only have to pay for shipping.
This warranty is only valid on programs produced by Star Thrower Distribution.
