We unconditionally guarantee the quality of our products. If the sound or video quality does not meet your satisfaction, or becomes defective please let us know and we will gladly replace it for you.

This warranty is only valid on programs produced by Star Thrower Distribution.


Replacement Policies

Lost Program Replacement
For 3 years from your original license purchase date, if you lose a program, Star Thrower will replace the program at no charge, after agreeing to our 'Loss Protection Agreement.'

Star Thrower does reserve the right to deny free replacement of lost programs if a program is lost repeatedly. Shipping charges do apply.

Defective Program Replacement
For 3 years from your original license purchase date, if a program is defective, Star Thrower will replace it at no charge. The client must return the defective copy to Star Thrower before we send a replacement. If the client needs a replacement program before returning the defective copy, a stream of the program will be made available.

Damaged/Worn Out Program Replacement
For 3 years from your original license purchase date, if you damage the program or it wears out, we will replace it. The client is responsible for shipping charges both directions. The client must return the damaged copy to Star Thrower before we send a replacement. If the client needs a replacement program before returning the defective copy, a stream of the program will be made available.
